Gold Service & Guarantee

VDN’s Hosted Gold Service offers Voice quality guarantees and network guarantees. Your voice will operate through the network that has been provided in a quality of service manner that exceeds “Three Nines” 99.9% of reliability.

  • With your Gold Service
    • VDN works with your network provider to understand the provider’s capabilities and engineer’s the client’s network to perform at the highest possible voice quality within that network.
    • Alternatively, VDN will recommend a change to the network provider that guarantees the quality that the client desires.
    • VDN is available to help engineer the WAN (Wide Area Network) in view of security, Network quality, Cost, Voice quality, VPN’s, sessions, content management etc.
    • VDN provides a network device that can see both our customer’s internal network and the network provider’s network in order to pinpoint and repair voice issues
    • Provider pre-programming of telephones so that placement and connection does not include “calling the voice guys”.
    • Provide pre-programming of telephones to include client provided speed dial, calling list call appearances, and other telephone features that the client has come to expect from the device.
    • Programs and works with receptionist or other call distribution personnel for best practices in call distribution.
    • Programs Call/Contact centers in view of the clients ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) needs and trains appropriate personnel on best practices, report retrieval, etc.
    • Provides on-site placement and setup
    • Provides on-site first day training
    • Provides headset, Softphone, and handset training
    • Provides first day Operator console training
    • Provides Portal training for Client personnel should client led administration be desired.

VDN’s Hosted Silver Service offers excellent voice quality with a mix of economical network tradeoffs.
