Walk up – User Profile is for use in lobbies, secondary conference room, printer or copier rooms. Everyday – User Profile is for those who rely on multiple profile tools such as e-mail & IM yet still require a high quality and intuitive telephone for voice communications. Essential – User Profile is for workers who conduct most of their business on the phone, moving from one call to the next. These users are absolutely dependant on voice communications for their business operations. Navigator – User Profile is for employees hired primarily to speak on phone for the majority of each day. Building Receptionists, Executive Admin Staff and Contact Center Agents are examples of users answering incoming calls and transferring them to other extensions and monitoring bridged appearances throughout the day. Agent – User Profile is for the Call or Contact Center and provides simple one touch access to bridged appearances, speed dials and feature keys. |
