Return Merchandise Authorization At Voice & Data Networks, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Whether you received incorrect product or have a defective item, we wish to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Please follow the procedures listed below for any merchandise returns you may have. Appropriate credit will be issued upon receipt and testing of the returned product.
The RMA procedure is as follows:
1. Contact our Returns Department at 1-800-246-7999 or rma@voicedata.com Please provide the following information: a. Company Name
2. Once you are in receipt of an RMA document (and Return Label if applicable), please complete the following steps: a. Specify problem incurred on the provided line on the RMA Voice & Data Networks, Inc. |

Please note: |
| - | To ensure proper credit to your account, returns must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date or product will be returned to sender and credit will not be issued. |
| - | Any return that is physically damaged, either due to poor packaging or obvious abuse, will be returned to sender and credit will not be issued. |
| - | Any new equipment must include all components and be returned in original packaging (make sure serial numbers match the box!). Boxes must be unmarked and undamaged in order to receive credit. |
| - | Restock Fees may also apply if the VDN return policy has not been followed. |
| - | Voice & Data Networks, Inc. follows all manufacturer return polices. |
