As an additional service, we perform preventive maintenance for our customers, checking all sets and circuit boards to ensure they will deliver maximum performance. We also refurbish equipment so it will look as good as it works.

We test all repaired products before delivery to be sure they are functioning as specified and designed. During the repair process VDN repair performs a 24-hour burn-in on your repaired assets, connecting to a live real-time system, exercising it in a real world environment.

All repaired assets are covered by a one-year warranty. Standard turn around is 10 to 15 business days, Same-day service and overnight shipping are available for emergency repairs (at additional cost).
