- Application Needs Assessment: This Offer identifies the Customer's departmental and/or corporate needs for a given application. These "Needs" are then summarized in a "Requirements document" as specified by the Customer and as required for design purposes. The nature of this Offer will be determined by the Client's Scope of Work, which, in most cases, will require special pricing.

- Network Performance and Optimization: This Offer evaluates the customer's current and/or proposed network applications (voice or convergence), estimates traffic flow, maps the flow against the network performance parameters and provides for a network and product design.

- Engineering Design & Configuration: This Offer provides for the engineering and designing of a specific application as specified for in the Needs Assessment or the Customer. The Customer Deliverable is a proposed engineering configuration including all relevant hardware, software and network devices.

- Project Management: This Offer provides the customer with a single point of contact in developing and coordinating a successful Project completed on time and within expectations.

- Station Reviews: This Offer provides for the collection of End-user and/or Agent desk-top (terminal) needs as required for system programming.

- Hardware Installation: This Offer provides for the installation, testing and trouble shooting of all hardware components associated with the application. This may include station and trunk termination, cross connections and D-mark extension. The scope of the Installation will be determined by a written Scope of Work outlining all aspects of the installation including customer and vendor(s) role and responsibilities.

- Application Design & Programming: This Offer provides for customizing the application to the client's, department or end-user's needs. Services offer and pricing are included in Appendix B.

- Application administration: This Offer provides for ongoing or routine programming support for Voice Applications.

- CRM Administration: This Offer provides for evaluation, design and administration of the Customers CRM Voice applications including network administration; report administration; vectoring and expert agent.

- Help Desk: This Offer provides for on-going programming support relative to routine moves, adds and changes (MAC). Hardware installation is not included in this offer. Additionally, this Offer also includes any and all Technical research and documentation associated with complex technical questions.

- Administration & End-user Training: This Offer provides for one-time or on-going training of the application administrators and/or End-users. Training delivery will be based on the application complexity and User culture. Delivery vehicles include face-to-face, CD-ROM or self paced Web.

- Question Desk: This Offer provides for an additional level of support in resolving "how-to" and "can I" questions. Additionally, documentation questions (where do I find it?) can also be addressed.
