The Callmaster VI configuration uses the IP Agent as the user interface for the Callmaster
VI terminal in place of Avaya Agent Callbar software. It is a miniature, eight-button,
digital voice terminal with two headset jacks, which is controlled by the user's PC through
an RS-232 serial port connection. It is intended for limited use when the connected PC is
powered off or experiencing problems. The Callmaster VI option is targeted to on-site
agents and does not require IP endpoints.
