Voice & Data Networks, Inc., a Platinum Avaya Telecommunications dealer, is seeking a qualified Account Executive- Aftermarket to join our successful and driven Team!
This immediate opening accurately and precisely delivers cost effective Telecommunications equipment in a timely manner to businesses while providing our customers with the highest level of customer service. The Account Executive- Aftermarket employee establishes and retains relationships with new and existing customers in order to grow revenue and margin within a transactional environment. High levels of customer responsiveness, detailed follow-through and the ability to up-sell within the Avaya and compatible product lines are also required. This position must determine the requirements of the customer and develop a timely and accurate solution from either personal expertise or with the assistance of other technical resources.
The Account Executive- Aftermarket position requires strong customer service skills and a drive to effectively and efficiently sell ideas and products to others while meeting or exceeding a sales quota. Strong analytical skills, professional verbal and written communication abilities and proven multi-tasking traits are needed for success in this role. The Account Executive- Aftermarket is also required to:
- Focus on existing and new accounts for consistent and immediate revenue stream.
- Cold Calling and Recording contact information using the corporate wide CRM tools.
- Cooperate with other departments to grow aftermarket opportunities within existing customer base.
- Assist in developing strategic marketing campaigns to prospective and existing customers.
- Work with vendors and suppliers SBA Process for most competitive pricing for customers.
- Add Cisco, Nortel, Siemens/Rolm and others to our aftermarket portfolio.
- Create high customer service through understanding of specific manufactures products and customers needs.

MAINTENANCE SALES SPECIALIST
Voice & Data Networks, Inc., a Platinum Avaya Telecommunications dealer, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Sales Specialist to join our successful and driven Team!
This immediate opening is responsible for meeting and exceeding the maintenance support sales quota for new customer contracts by drafting and utilizing effective strategies of negotiation. This position also requires creating customer-specific documents that encompass these new contracts. In addition, this role must support and grow upon the current customers of Voice & Data Networks, Inc.
The Maintenance Sales Specialist position requires strong customer service skills and a drive to effectively and efficiently sell ideas and products to others. Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven multi-tasking abilities are needed to be successful in this role. The Maintenance Sales Specialist is also required to:
- Lead the negotiation process for high-value maintenance service contracts for both Voice & Data Network, Inc. and associated vendor products.
- Assist with the closing process and paperwork for service agreements and contracts.
- Develop new business and manage customer accounts
- Create program plans to include policies, pricing, benefits of products, customer promotional information, measurement criteria and deliverables.
- Quote renewal service contracts for sales account representatives or end customers (as agreed with sales).
- Assist with projects that focus on customer qualification, proposal issuance, follow-up and deal closure.
- Assist in training and educate the Sales Team on current programs to ensure each Sales Representative has the proper skills and training.
- Create documents and provide reports to senior management detailing the impacts of newly implemented programs.
- Tracking all maintenance contracts.
- Job duties, functions and responsibilities may change at the discretion of the company.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Voice and working data knowledge of dial-tone, LANs, network design and system design
- Previous experience selling maintenance/support contracts, especially in the technology sector
- System sales experience
- Avaya certification
